Corporate Sales Account Manager
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in any field
- Minimum with 1 year(s) of working experience in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage
- Good communication skill and able to liaise with customer
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Network Engineer
Requirements:
- Must be able to configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN services).
- Should have a basic understanding of networking protocols (e.g., OSPF, 802.11, QoS, and simple routing protocols).
- Required to manage fiber optic and wireless network infrastructure such as FTTH, PtP and WiFi Mesh. Engaging in cabling, wiring, and patching (both internal and external works).
- Customer/client-oriented: must be able to communicate, interact, and manage customers’ questions or inquiries politely and professionally.
- Required to travel onsite for support and troubleshooting for new and existing clients/customers.
Other
- It would be advantageous to have a CCNA certification in networking.
- Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
- Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays, if required.
- Job training will be provided.

Assistant Network Engineer
Requirements:
- Install, set up, and configure modem, router, WiFi and switches. Must have basic understanding on VDSL, DSL, FTTH, GPON Solution and WiFi Mesh.
- Manage fiber optic and wireless infrastructure networks, as well as internet broadband services.
- Engage in cabling, wiring, and patching (both internal and external).
- Customer/client-oriented: able to communicate, interact, and manage customers’ questions politely and professionally.
- Attend onsite support and troubleshooting.
Others
- Report job status to superiors.
- Able to start work immediately or to commence work on short notice.
- Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays, if required.
- On-the-job training will be provided.
